OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We aim to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully, as it pertains specifically to the nature of our products.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES (STANDARD POLICY)
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Products are generally not returnable or exchangeable unless one of the exceptions listed below applies.
HOW TO PROCESS AN EXCHANGE (WHEN APPLICABLE)
Timeframe: Requests must be made within 10 days of placing your order.
The Process: If an exchange is approved, the fastest way to receive your desired product is to return the original item to us.
New Orders: Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Handling Fee: All approved returns that do not result in an immediate exchange are subject to a 10% handling fee.

- The customer is responsible for all shipping/courier costs associated with the return of the original item.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE POLICY
1. Incorrect Product Sent by Us (Store Error)
- If we send you the incorrect product, we will use your invoice to reconcile the mistake.
Our Responsibility
We will be responsible for all courier/shipping costs related to the return of the incorrect item and the shipment of the correct replacement item.
2. Item Damaged or Broken in Transit (Courier Fault)
We take full responsibility for ensuring your parcel is protected. If the courier damages your parcel during transit:

We will cover the cost of the return shipment for the damaged parcel.
Replacement
Once we receive the damaged parcel, we will promptly send a replacement.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the shipping/courier cost of the replacement order.er.
